Midnight Moonlight

Your darkness led me to want your graces,
And I, with light, pursued and won your heart.
In the wake of you, there are no other faces,
And I, from you, never wish to ever part.
You hold me captivated with your eyes,
And all that is you I have come to adore.
When it seems as if my faith in us dies,
You kiss me and ignite the fire once mroe.
Ever so slightly you dissolve my petty fears,
And all the world seems small and far away.
It seems as though we've been together for years,
But you are still the same person you were in May.
     You are the embodiment of my dream
     Of mystery and love, and all that lies between.
