so i said...

he tricked me into thinking
 it was Halloween
and he was my blood
  my chocolate
 my full orange moon
  he treated me
to lying kisses
  promises whispered
 mysterious like
    midnight
 some devious demon
   sprinkled stars in his eyes
 that were not real
 he asked me if i could feel it
 and i tasted sweetness
 and i sensed bliss
   i felt forever
so i said
  yes
