The Song

My life is a song.
Shall I sing it for you,
Though if through its singing
Become it less true?
For whom was it written?
Was it only for you?

Note:- the six songs I am submitting (The Song, The Light, The Cry, The Supplication, The Gift, and The Wind) were all written in one sitting so they very much go together.  They all spring from the same emotion.
