My special dream

From the moment I met you
I knew that you would be
someone who would become
very special to me.

Now that I know you
and you are in my heart
my life would break
if we were ever apart.

There could never be
anything more special to me
than falling asleep next to you
and knowing that you are dreaming about me.

On that day in July
all the stars in the sky
will pale by the light
that you have created in my life.
