To Kaye, whose name is written on my heart...

   It thought of you today,
   The moment that I woke up.
   Missing you so much,
   Praying the hurting would stop.

   I saw you today,
   As you drove by in your car.
   And I found myself thinking,
   Wondering how you are.

   I missed you today,
   But you didn't seem to care.
   You were with another guy,
   You looked so happy there.

   I love you today,
   Until the day after forever.
   And as long as you are happy,
   I guess that's all that matters.
