Alone--
that's how I feel.
I wanted to be strong,
and show you that I don't care.
Deep inside it's killing me,
a pain I just can't bear.
It's a game I play,
to see just what you'll do,
to hear your thoughts and feelings
and to know if you are true.
I really want to tell you,
what I feel inside--
but the words don't come out right,
I'm afraid you think I lied.
I want to give us another try,
to end this hurting time,
I'm sorry that I did this,
I just hope that you'll still be mine.
