Beautiful Times

I still wish for those days,
When our love was in full bloom,
For it rivaled any flower or blossom ever conceived,
Our love was so beautiful,
And every one said that it would last forever,
But it didn’t,
And they were wrong.
You started drifting away,
And I desperately struggled to keep you near,
All those flowers,
All those words,
All those kisses,
Just to keep you there,
I loved you and I didn’t want to loose you,
But you left,
And I’m left here.
So I wish for those days,
When we were together,
And both of us were happy,
How I wish for those days,
When our love reached to the stars,
And filled our hearts.
