Can't you see?

What has happened to our love?
A love that few could share.
Another day, another fight,
Fear the emotion we now wear.
I've tried my best for you,
My best must not be enough.
I try to show I'm strong,
But you know I'm not that tough.
We shared good times together,
even alone on my car.
Now i see that those times,
from your heart, they are far.
We speak to each other
with rage in our voice,
I let you win, defense down.
Can't you see i have no choice?
You have me in your sights,
a broken defenseless man.
The only thing for me left,
is to love you the best i can.
I may not be rich, 
or the best man alive.
But i try, night and day,
If you could only see how i strive.
I say i love you,
these words are true.
But then we fight,
and I'm left, blue.
So tonight i want it to end,
Our hate flies away like a dove.
I only hope that you can see,
you are my life, My only love.

you will not change that ever.  I hope that I can show you finally how much, 
with this.  It isn't much, but it's all I have.  Written with tears and a
