Why can't we be together?

The confusin inmy brain
Does nothing but drive me insane
Being yours, but I'm not
Ties my heart into a knot
I know you hurt not purposely
But it tears me up immensely
The love you share is so strong
How could you think it is so wrong
It is okay to explore
I wish we could be so much more
Your touch, your kiss
Your hug, your smell
Puts me into a deep deep spell
The look in your eyes puts me into a trance
I love it whe nyou so goofily dance
We could be so much together
Why would we want another
I know you want not to be tied down
That thought makes me want to cry and frown
I love it when we smile and play
And I love it when you accidently say
"I Love You"
The night your mine completely
We'll love each other so sweetly
I know I can't give you all that you want
And I wish that you didn't always flaunt
Flaunt your wonderous ways

Hopefully you will be mine
