where in your mind?

so where does my being
lies in your mind?
not on the same place
as your bestfriend resides
i guess coz you don't
forget anything about him
not where your past lovers
dwell coz you can remember
with certainty every detail
every face, every place
not even near where your
ordinary friends share
coz you think of them
as much as you think of
your dentist, your lawyer,
your dog, and your handsome
next door neighbor, you
think about them a lot
so where do i belong?
somewhere in the semi-darkness
i think, where you can't
see me shining when you
are in the light and only
visible when you are groping
in the dark.
