We live, two pieces entwined
But still two pieces.
Facing each other attached,
But on both sides pulled away
By something not involved
In our connection.

Magnets
Unable to pass each other
We live, two of opposite poles
But still two poles.
You may look away,
But you cannot deny my effect
As I cannot deny yours
When we pass.
