Rings of Saturn

"As one life ends and another life begins, The Music plays on and on."

Cold dark stars shine their light upon Her,
While Mistress Night covers and caresses me.
Like a mysterious lover enveloped in deep fur,
I drown in the opulent grandeur of the blackest sea.

But I despise Mistress Night and her evil company.
For Her loving embrace I reach out, but I am stopped as I start.
Her mind has been poisoned by Night's lies and treachery.
But I have found an island within Her heart.

And There shall be built a foundation that none can tear apart;
Not Night, not the Devil himself in his most powerful form.
For the Rings of Saturn We now depart,
To dance in the lands beyond Evening and Morn.

I will gather frozen diamonds and weave them in Her hair
While the Music of the Spheres hums and crackles in the air.
