Without the happy ending

a thousand ways to say i love you 
but i couldn't find a one 
and even though i'm afraid to say it 
i can never let you go 
as i watch you climb out of my bedroom window 
and you walk towards the edge of the sky 
the words are easier to say 
the farther you are 
now i lay in my bed 
with my window closed 

 
life is just not the same 
cause you are not here 
to watch these fair tales 
of a perfect life 
and no one can replace you 
when it comes to staying up 
till  the break of dawn 
talking about endless topics 
of everything and nothing 
and in a perfect world 
it would be the same 
as it always has been 
but right now it's easier to understand 
that life is just a romantic movie 
without the happpy end
