Heartbeat Haiku A rhythmic heartbeat Creates the most soothing sound Comforts all around Heartbeat Limmerick A heartbeat is musically beating A lullaby for all to hear But only when you are quiet enough And only when you stand near A babe’s crying will stop in an instant A life can wither or bloom Simply by one tender organ That beats out a beautiful tune
