Ice cream

if i’d be an ice cream for you
i won't be a vanilla
So plain and simple taste;
for sure i won’t be chocolate
just to stain your mouth
everybody’s favorite;
and of course not cookies and cream
mixture of two sweets
decays the teeth.
but whatever my flavor is,
melting, fluffy or icy
i know you’d always taste me
for me to touch your lips.
but i’ll make sure
i’d fill your cone
with towering scoops
topped with your choice 
of extra goodies 
nuts, fudge or cherries?
