All I Can Do

Your sincerity put
the Great Pyramids and the universe
In the palm of my hand

Your fingertips placed
summer breezes and winter storms
At my beck and call

Your eyes gave
compact mirrors and window reflections
A brighter dimension and clarity

Your lips made
sweet sticky golden honey and silk
Out of lonely ordinary skin

Your love created
an endless renewal and deep life-flame
From discarded rubble.

Your presence has
reversed the Earth's rotation and all I can do
is Love you wholly, with every day I have left.
