Deja vu  yes it happened today
Playing old songs at a new cafe
The music I was drawn once more
Same sweet song only new decor

You still strumming a steady beat
Upon the stage there still with harmony
I gazed around ,then took my seat
I sat by the stage ,could you see me
 

Up there in the spotlight you stood
Me here wondering did I belong
Then you caught my eye and winked
A new cafe but the same love song

You left the stage approached my table
Still singing you got down on one knee
Same sweet song I remembered before
Tonight its being played only for me

You gazed in my eyes then announced
Tonight I dedicate this song to you
Then back in the spotlight you stood
Yes same song just a different venue
