I'd rather be a stone statue standing admist lovely roses in a trellis garden with ominous thorns And have songbirds resting on my shoulders to lighten my burdens with their tunes And to see nothing but roses staring back at me And to feel only like a rock Or perhaps I'd fair better to be a fountain 'twould mask the tears Angel
