Of course it is hard
(What is truly worth doing
that is always easy?)
But I have rebuilt my life
around you
(Rearranged my priorities)
So much that used to
mean a lot to me
(consume my time)
has grown trivial
But you will never
become one that 
I used to love
(I am not wired that way)
Being in love
(to my heart)
means loving into eternity
and forever is a VERY long time.
