Breathings
Silently yet steadily ;
They rise from within me,
I take in something;
Then let it out.
Silently yet steadily it comes from my core,
It is the essence of life itself;
For me , for all , all creations that live;
Through the nose or mouth they come and go.
Fragrant or no so;
They swirl away from me,
Curling into the air without notice;
Without recognition nor praise.
Yes, you know what I mean;
It is still perplexing ,
An enigma to you;
It comes in a frenzy,
The soft breathings from within.
