The Cry
Moonlight shines in the eye.
The falcon soars through the sky.
It stares, It stalks.
Almost as if it talks.
Head raised, beak shone.
It's sight with put a chill to the bone.
He waits, He plays, but then he finds.
The subject hunted was not in his mind.
Instead, it shows, his match is found
He searched the sky while on the ground.
A star, he seeked, the heavens he discovered.
What was thought to be a star was the heavens covered.
He cried to join her, she carefully agreed.
He soon yet realized, she's all he would need.
Two souls crying out.
Two hearts no longer with out.
Moonlight shines in their eyes.
The Falcons soar through the skies.
