Someone is there

Friends are friends.
Or so we think.
But they mean so much.

A true source of happiness.
They're the diamond in the rough.
They'll always take away your stress.
Get you through when times are tough.

When they're gone, you'll wish them back.
We all can't say what all we feel.
You tell yourself, truth is what lacked.
Tell your feelings, say what's real.

Your friends are the dearest,
So don't go to waste.
Tell the one that is nearest,
And don't make haste.

The truth is the key.
It is the answer to all.
Speak your mind.
For a friend is forever.

Let them know.
Show you care.
Don't ever go.
Cause they're always there.
