what is love

what is love?
is it something that can be held
or is it something you can see
i would truly be a wise person
if these questions i could answer
but these answers as you see i cannot give to thee
i am not even sure if a wise person
knows what love truly is 
for she does not know of the special something in your kiss
now don't misunderstand me
i don't think your love is just your kiss 
but until some one can tell me what love truly is
while i am so far away from you
your kiss is what i long for 
and what i will truly miss
