we enjoy eating spaghetti
the way we sip drink thru a straw
when we cant find his/her lips at the other end of these strips,
we twirl the pasta with our fork
...or cut them in manageable lengths,
or start eating the meatballs.
still hope by this he/she's noticing
as though we enjoy this more
