Guilty in the 1st Degree

You can't call it
   Stealing,
   Theft,
   or even robbery.

Kidnapping is out of the question,
  so don't hold your breath 
     on Ransom,
cause I chose you 
to give my heart to.
   But if I knew you were
   gonna abuse it like you did,
     I wouldn't have been so bias.
