Answered

On the day of my birth he wrote of a Temptress,
beseeching her to despel his wretchedness.
His prayer was answered though not by she,
Twas the Goddess of Fate who led him to me.
Knowing not, on that June day,
the Temptress he longed for 
was four weeks away.
So when next you endeavor to pray
Its advised to be mindful of the day.
