How does if feel ?
How does it feel to be hopelessly romantic without love? Have you ever felt alone,empty, full of longing and sad? Have you ever felt nightly heartache without relief? Tears of waiting with no hope of release? Sorrow without a specific loss to grieve? No one to love, to hold, to kiss, to keep?
Have you ever known how much you're missing, living your half-numb existence
with each day of your life more meaningless than the last? Have you ever felt love passing you by, as you wait forever for a chance to find romance again?
And to make things worse:Just when you feel sick inside and want to cry
Suddenly some self-appointed taskmaster will step right up,with strap in hand
and bark at you, yelling, "stop your pity party! Buck up and do what it takes
To make the grade or don't complain!" Then you want to become enraged and scream at them, 'Damn your hide!You're the first to whine when you've had to walk in these shoes of mine,and you know full well that for everyone of us there comes that time. I know you remember what it was like to be all alone on a starry moonlit night, forgotten, unloved, and rejected. You felt just like I do now wishing you were in love, having a warm, perfumed lover to caress, to hold, to kiss....So how dare you speak to my grief?Just let me alone to sit here, hurting and sad. Just go away, even if you have to go away mad,and
leave me alone to pray for my miracle!' Have you ever felt this way?
God, you know that nothing short of a miracle is what it will take to find a girl who would ever love a toad like me.
