Thought of You

Often I ask myself
What do I do now that I have found you
My perfect woman,....mother,..... companion,
Who would have knew.

I stay awake nights
Thinking of when you can be mine
For my love for you grows stronger
Unsurpassed since the dawn of time.

Life has its little way
of treating each with love and care
You the one my sweetheart
the only who's life I wish to share.

Some days are like hurricanes of emotion
filled with you standing near my side
A world without you in it
is like an ocean with no tide.

You make my days all brighter
Just as the stars on a moonless night
Our love will not stay dormant long
Trust in me love, soon we will take flight.

The souls of two so destined to be
Can not be kept apart for long
Your body I long to hold next to me
As we dance to our most cherished song.

Have faith in time and us my dear
No one ever can take you from me
I have undying heart for you
