I've had enough of Mystery too.
Things are far better on Earth
than in the clouds...
You may well be
my ass-kickin'
Angel
who comes in Radiance
and sings me Patsy Cline songs
in my dreams--
but all that
is beside the point.
Only realness matters;
only realness 
can be held.
Everything else
is for sonnets and stained glass
windows--
and worship is almost as bad as
regret
(which, as you well reminded me,
rhymes with cigarette).

True indeed.
Time to smoke another...
