SCENE 62-INT.-Motel room. Night.
Becca is in bed talking to Derek on
the phone while watching "Bewitched" on
Nick at Nite. She's eating fresh strawberries
and sugar.
Becca: Do you miss me like crazy?
Close-up of Derek on the phone. He's sitting on
the bed in his and Becca's bedroom.
Derek: Yeah, babe. I won't be able to sleep
tonight. Your snoring is my lullaby.
Close-up of Becca.
Becca: I don't snore!
Close-up of Derek.
Derek: You do. But it's a melodious snore.
Close-up of Becca.
Becca: I can't believe you're just now
telling me this.
Close-up of Derek.
Derek: What's to tell? It's not an issue.
I love hearing you snore.
Close-up of Becca.
Becca: That's so strange. I've never heard
myself snore.
Close-up of Derek.
Derek: Maybe it's because you're asleep when
it happens.
Close-up of Becca.
Becca: There's a thought. Want me to sing you
to sleep?
Close-up of Derek.
Derek: No, that wouldn't make me sleepy. That
would turn me on.
Close-up of Becca.
Becca: Well, I haven't had phone sex since
college and I'm not feeling nostalgic. So
goodnight and sweet dreams.

Derek: Goodnight, babe.
Close-up of Becca. She makes kissing noises into
the phone and hangs it up. Goes to sleep with the
lamp on, holding onto a pillow.
