My hand
On your stomach
After forming many variations
Of circles and hearts
Rests
My pinky
Finding comfort
Atop your
Belly button
My head
Lay upon
Your chest
Listening
To the sound of
Your heartbeat
And your breath
Filling
Your lungs
Proving me wrong
You're not as empty
As I thought you were
