Dinner Is Served
Okay...
Time to cook.
Momma needs some help in the kitchen,
and goodness me,
melted butter all over my hands.
Good for basting---
you run your fingers all over the skin,
slick it down,
with easy strokes---but firm.
Down you take the bread
soak it in milk
add raw eggs
and run your fingers through it
until it's smooth and sticky.
Then you fill the cavity
with authority
just stuff that sucker
till it won't hold another morsel....
and yeah---you're right.
Now where's that damned turkey?
