Love at First Sight
Sitting there with your hat and smile,
just looking with your unique style.
Motioning for me to follow;
I couldn't breath, couldn't swallow.
I knew you were the one at first site,
I knew I loved you the first night.
Now we are united as more than friends,
Here's where our future together begins.
No words to describe just how I feel,
My thoughts and emotions refuse to heal.
Knowing the truth deep in you eyes,
Knowing true love isn't in disguise.
I love you so much, I can hardly contain;
For you I'd give up all, over and over again.
How can it be possible, it must be fate;
You must have been sent from heaven's gate.
I know in my heart our love will never die,
I love you so much it makes me cry.
I wonder how and why your love all for me,
But when I truly look at you, I honestly see.
Knowing the power of almighty God above,
I feel the grace, mercy, and love.
I may not be creative, this poem may be shit;
But in so many ways, I hope you see it fit.
Life is much happier now, happier with you and me;
I love you with all my heart...I love you Lee!
