Trust But Not Hurting
Trust in me as I want to trust in you
words are exchanged which we hope are true
I want your words to be only for me
don't want your love letter to go for free
Be patient if I'm wrong and assure me more
or what else am I living for
You hold my life within your hands so tight
I want our bond in love to be just right
Tell me you want me, love me, care for me, do!
as I have these feelings and so much more for you
don't freeze me out when it seems I want too much
it's just our relationship can't always rely on touch
writing my poems helps me to say the right things
and to know that you read them, the love that brings
