College Journal Entry II

12-6-93
12:53 a.m.
  Yesterday was nice. Went shopping with Jenny.
The sun was blinding. She took me out to eat
dinner at Mr. Gatti's. That was her Christmas
gift to me. A couple of cute guys sat in the
booth behind us. Enjoyed a brief, slight
flirtation. I wanted to jump their bones. I 
ate a lot of pizza, instead. Who knows when
I'll eat again.
  Hung around Jenny's all night watching videos
that we rented at the grocery store. My favorite
one was "The Object of Beauty" with Andie MacDowell
and John Malkovich. They had chemistry. I thought
of Chase, of course.
  Johnny called while we were watching "The Crush"
and I talked to him for a bit. He asked me if
I'd seen Chase and if I'd taken the plunge yet.
No and no. I told him I'm still as pure as the
driven snow and he laughed.
  Jenny's new roomie Stephanie is WEIRD. Like
I'm one to talk. But she really freaked me out.
I was lounging on the couch watching one of the
movies and Jenny was in the kitchen talking on
the phone with Johnny. I heard Stephanie scream
in her room and I thought,"Well, I guess she
saw a bug or something." She rushed into the
den and goes,"Didn't you hear me screaming in
there?" I said,"Yeah..." and she goes,"And it
didn't faze you?!!! There's a MOTH in there!"
Whoa. Bring out the RAID. Call the exterminating
squad.
   They bother me, these psychotic people.
