Lonely Will Be My View

A river without a bridge
Ocean without a shore
A sky without bright stars
If your not with me anymore

Gone will be the flow
No horizons will I see
Only darkness in the sky
If your not there with me

No footprints in the sand
The lights will go from view
Only  despair and lonliness
If I’m not there with you

As sands through the hourglass
My heart would slip way
The need in my heart was you
I’m still wanting you to stay

Time as a way of healing
Though lonely will be my view
How far will my heart fall
If its no longer loved by you
