there is so much to Us
the unbelievable mental connection
the way you make the pinwheels in my heart turn
with your affection dripping passion spiked lust laced words
of love
the warped sense of humor we share
the hilarity highs
the exquisite lows
but This is the Heart of the Matter
the entity that is Us
in our bed
all layers shed
your head between my thighs
your tongue drawing sighs
out of me like
cool water
from a deep well
in the desert...
