People Without Faces
Uninvited...
I stumbled into a ballroom
where the floors were dark green
and the ceiling wispy light blue
And the walls were golden brocade
that danced with the light of a hundred lanterns
shielded by tin can butterflies
from flowers taking flight
And there are no people here, yet it is filled
So I turn to my left and ask someone
How can this be, is it a dream?
And he tells me that dreams may be, if we set them free
And without a face he smiles at me
And asks me to dance
But I have no feet
Though they are moving anyway
And I try again....
Who are you?
I am a Dancing Wu Lu Master
Aren't you
And the floor is crowded now
As each Wu Lu soul sings their song
voices blending in a harmony
of mingling magical majesty
But how can they sing together
When they all have different voices and words
Because they all have love
And their souls have been freed by that
Unintended...
I have joined a community
Where the souls of all
have been revealed
For we are the Dancing Wu Lu Spirit Dancers
And I recognize all these friends
who have no faces
Why not remove your mask now?
And Dance...
