SCENE 90-Louie Louie's. Night.
Derek is onstage.
Derek: I'd like to dedicate this song to my girlfriend. She's out on
parole and she thinks she might be pregnant. And, well, all is right
with the world.
Camera zooms in on Becca, who is sitting at a table near the stage.
She raises her glass Coca-Cola bottle and smiles.
Derek sings "Jailhouse Rock" by Elvis Presley, the King of Rock-n-Roll.
Some people think he's still alive. According to Adonis, Elvis and Jim
Morrison and Kurt Cobain and JFK and Otis Redding are working underground.
They want everyone to be able to leave this planet by 2008. There's a
better planet light years away. Andy Kaufman is waiting for us.
