untitled for now
Ignorance doesn't exist
here anymore.
I have wrinkles on my forehead
from thoughts
of him
and that
and this
and tomorrow
and unfortunately yesterday.
Naiveness now belongs
to another generation.
No more lemonade sales
and sticker books
and sleepovers.
I'm in a world
full of
desire
and drugs
and decisions.
And assholes.
But it's fine
because it's my life
and it's a story
a long one
full of mystery and adventure
and good thing I like to read
and I won't put the book down
because I look forward to the next chapter.
Sure, some are good
and some are bad
and there are villains
and tragedy.
But i'm the protagonist
and the star
and the fighter
and lover.
And I will finish the book.
And I will smile,
and the wrinkles will show.
