SCENE 24-INT.-Becca's bedroom. Day.
Becca is on the phone with her employer.
Derek is still asleep.
Becca: I won't be able to come in this morning.
My throat is so sore and my head is pounding.
I think I'm coming down with something. Okay.
I will. Bye.
Becca hangs up the phone and smiles. Spoons her
body against Derek. Kisses his back. Derek turns
over and grins.
Derek: Good morning, sweetheart.
Becca: Good morning...darling.
Derek: You look shy.
Gives her a kiss.
Becca: We still haven't had sex.
Derek: I know this.
Becca: I just called in sick.
Derek: I don't have to be at work until three o'clock.
I quit Pedro's yesterday. I'm a delivery driver for
Little Caesar's now.
Becca: You're mine until three o'clock?
Derek: Yes ma'am. Do with me what you will.
They kiss.
Music: "Can You Forgive Her?" by the Pet Shop Boys.
(They're going to make love but you won't see them.)
