Funny When The Heart Says Yes...
Oh you're at it again, my muscle bound friend,
given to dancing and leaping
when a well behaved pump
would do in a slump,
and save me on tissues and weeping.
You're a contrary cuss, what you'll do for a buss
is a topic I'd rather forget,
You focus your eye, then begin with a sigh
to entice some poor soul I've just met.
I'm a fool to complain, you blithely explain,
when you never lie down on the job
you keep it all going,
till I'm overflowing
I have no cause for calling you "Slob".
I fight with my heart, and question my soul
when I'm taken too deeply with sighs
But if you think that's the hellion,
this lusty rebellion
is really being led by the thighs....
