severed emotions, cradled regrets
exposed throughout silent moments
or outward cries
hush
every smile transcends
oblivious to hurt
every nod,
ordered thought,
symbolic objection,
compassionate omission,
might prove love
imperfections can always turn
every diurnal goddess obstructs dusk
despite each sinking sun
