Across the canvas
your colors & mine
divine and tacky
too much, my love
they make no SENSE
but the pretense is appealing
and I'm willing to bet

the pseudo masterpiece
we've pieced together
splotch by splotch
gotcha with my tainted orange
you knew it when you saw it
something so unlike your blue
it coulda been a twin
yin and yang and yin again
sin is three letters
that don't mean much
I want to know
what I can't touch
how do you like your coffee?
do you have a pet?
what do you think of anarchy?
do you believe in regret?
a million words to tie us down
one kiss to glisten
in the crown
