In the Sky and the Air...
In the sky and the air and the dancing copper cellaphane trees,
I feel the pain of the happiness in the joy of the rain of the Gods.
So I dance on the bed of the flowers in my head,
And I scream to the sky,
In a whispered thoughtful lie,
Only truths.
And the wind lies to me about the things she told me yesterday,
Which involved the sweet nothings of sadism and joy...
And the pain from within,
Derived from joyous sin,
Makes me sing in the voice of the shadowed sun;
Which burns bright in the darkness of the hearts of the good,
Who are few,
And a conglomerate One.
So I look to the sky and the air and the dancing copper cellaphane trees,
And I take a deep breath from a life cigarette,
And realize that One is not me.
