Searching

Iclose my eyes and feel your fingertips
gently discovering every facet of my face,

Your lips discreetly brush over my neck,
Sending instant shivers down my spine,

Strong arms warmly encircling me, 
Pulling me in to your heart,

Feeling your face caught up in my hair,

Your mere presence is enough 
to make me blush,

I could never hear you laugh too much,
Watching your eyes sparkle with mischief,

Even when I'm not looking, 
I can feel you watching,

Peering deep into my soul, 
Probing to learn exactly who I am,

It's like we've been together forever,
Encountering one another in lives that have past,

Our souls searching for one another,
Until at last,

We meet,
And continue our journey together.
