what is love
"what is love?" some ask. It's hard to define. Many have tried.
To me, Love is most easily explained as "The most painfull hurt that you never want to stop."
It's getting all the right things on your subway sandwich no matter how many times i have to ask.
It's 2 double decker supremes & a large MT. Dew.
It's a new pair of running shoes even though I know the check will bounce.
It's sleeping next to you in an uncomfortable chair in a hospital room after our baby was born.
It's writing down everything we hate about eech other and throwing it in the fire.
It's eating Zataran's every night for two weeks because we honestly couldn't afford anything else.
It's kissing you at 4800 n 22nd st. apt a-7 and knowing you were the one for me.
It's holding your hand in the back of a 95 pontiac grand am.
It's a goofy Tool hat from a concert that I thought sucked but you wanted to be at.
It's being drunk and having sex in Jim's trailer.
It's having sex on the way home from Key Largo then on the hood of my sister's car untill german lady turned the light on.
It is more closely associated with pain than any other item that has ever been brought into being.
Better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all the saying goes and it's true. I envy no man, but I pity a man who has never loved.
