By it dosent matter

a labor of love
a labor of love
covered in trash
heaped with abuse
how it survived
a miracle
coated in grime
yet he sensed
a perfection
kept in secret
taken to safety
carefully placed
the man devoted years
restoring its grace
so fragile
wisp of air
spun of glass
transparent clear
stripping it down
layer after layer
nerves on edge
fearing cracks
as the figure
finally revealed
a love was formed
for this angle of glass
sweeping wings
majestic
strong
egg shell glass
her back arched
muscles tensed
as she
grasped the sky
youth used
middle age went
old now
love so true
for a crystalline angel
from trash it came
a labor of love
a lifetime of grace
