The Depth and Power of His Touch
I don't know where to begin
In describing this that I love so much.
Mere words alone cannot express
The depth and power of his touch.
One single caress of his fingers
Can make the smallest flames burn bright.
One single stroke of his hand
Can make everything feel just right.
When you think you have nowhere to go
He opens his arms and shows you the way.
When you feel there are no answers left
His embrace says: "It's all gonna be ok."
In the night when you're cold and afraid
His warmth is there to make you feel secure.
In his love and strength, you can melt away
To feel safe and protected, of this you can be sure.
The warmth ... the strength ... the security
These are only part of this that is such
A crucial and essential part of my life
That is the depth and power of his touch.
