Do I Dare
Cradled in the arms of indesicion
Lingering at this crossroads
I wonder if I dare...
Do I dare?
For I see you, walking down the road
Walking towards me...
But, do I turn, and go the other way?
Or do I turn, and go to you?
I dream too much...but, this is no dream
This is not a dream, or a nightmare
But, something oddly, in between
And I wonder what is right, for me
Do I go where my heart leads?
For this foolish heart of mine, may lead me to disaster
But, this wise heart of mine, may lead me to Eden
In truth, I know what I will do
But, I am hesitant it doing it
I pause out of fear, I pause, perhaps, out of cowardice
Now...now, I pause no longer
"For he who hesitates, is a damned fool"
And, I refuse to be a fool...
Do I dare?
Yes, yes I do...
